Captain Termite has been servicing our home for the past 6 months. They fumigated our home and they made sure everything went as smooth as possible. They are currently servicing our home for pest control every 2 months. Jorge (Technician) is very thorough, kind and professional. When scheduling our appointments or any questions we may have, the young lady in the office always has the best customer service. Since we started service with Captain Termite we have recommended them to our close friends and family.

My English is not too good, but I would like give my appreciation on their excellent service... team of worker very polite dress code fabulous and clean their truck sparkling clean and they take care of your property and also have a wonderful ladies on the road by the name Triana she answer all your question with no hesitation she know very well her work she is specialist.
Also the secretary at the office she is the most professional person all the company should have and she is very accommodate.
I had their service done December 2016 and a second one today October 2017 for my girl friend house. They are the best termite company on the market!!!

I had my home tented in May 2017. They came on a Friday, put the tent on both my dwellings, and by early Saturday the tents were off. They were meticulous and very very professional. Joe came out to give the estimate, which was extremely reasonable. beforehand and we knew exactly what was to take place and it went completely as scheduled. We waited the sufficient time on Saturday for the home to be safely re-entered. Since then, I have not even seen one bug, not a cockroach, nothing. I am very satisfied with the way things were done. I will continue my relationship with this company on a bi-monthly basis having my home sprayed. pest control. I would recommend these services to anyone and I have.

My home had dry wood termite infestation. Captain Termite was notified and within 4 hours someone from the company come out for an inspection. My home was tented for the termite and the problem was solved.
I was treated with respect and in a professional manner. All of my concern questions were answered. Captain Termite is the best!!

"I just want to commend Captain Termite for such a wonderful job. I have been serviced by other well known exterminators who has left me with grief and dissatisfactions. The rodents, roaches and termites was at rampage due to a vacant property next door, I was desperate not knowing what to do, I did not want to go back to the others exterminators due to bad service they provided me in the past, so I decided I will search for another exterminator. I came across Captain Termite and I decided I will give them a try and "boy" was I glad I did. I spoke with a very courteous, friendly and polite lady by the name of Ms. Jeanne who has taken matters into her hands. "We had our house tented for dry wood termites. I have to say first of all my husband and I are two disabled people and our home is our sanctuary. I know I was a pest or a ( pain in the ass) to put it mildly with my frequent calls. I never got anything but professionalism and answers to all my questions. Im a worry wart about my home.
